Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced OpenShift Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in Red Hat OpenShift and ODF (Ceph Storage). The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of container platforms, CI/CD practices, and Linux administration, along with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Overall 4+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Red Hat OpenShift environments
- Strong hands-on experience with ODF (OpenShift Data Foundation) / Ceph Storage
- Solid understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of container networking and security
- Proven ability in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, and maintain OpenShift clusters across environments
- Manage and support ODF / Ceph storage for high availability and performance
- Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki
- Troubleshoot cluster, networking, and storage-related issues
- Ensure security best practices within containerized environments
- Automate routine tasks using Ansible and shell scripting
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams
Qualification
- BE / B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field
