DevOps Engineer | Full-Time | Remote

This is a full-time remote position open to candidates across the EMEA region.
About the Role
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration, automation, and scalability of applications. This role is ideal for a problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, distributed environments and is passionate about delivering reliable, high-performing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Implement CI/CD workflows to streamline development and release processes.
- Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using modern DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with software engineers, QA, and operations teams to enhance system performance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in DevOps and cloud engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Engineering role.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar).
- Solid knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or equivalent.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in distributed teams.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
