  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on CI/CD to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable CI/CD pipelines, enabling rapid and reliable software delivery.
  • You will leverage your expertise in automation, containerization, and cloud platforms to streamline development workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous integration and continuous deployment.
  • This position requires deep technical skills, a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, and a passion for optimizing the entire development and operations process.

Your key responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain advanced CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Ansible, Teamcity and Urban Code Deploy (UCD) to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Integrate and manage development platforms such as BitBucket, Artifactory, Confluence, and Jira to ensure seamless collaboration and traceability throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform to ensure consistent, repeatable, and scalable environment provisioning.
  • Implement and manage Docker containerization strategies, including Dockerfile and Helm charts, and orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes across various cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS).
  • Developing custom Airflow (Cloud Composer) operators and DAG-generation logic using Python.
  • Deep knowledge of GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) and Cloud Run for serverless microservices.
  • Utilize strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Shell scripting) to automate routine tasks, improve system efficiency, and enhance pipeline capabilities.
  • Implement VPC Service Controls and granular IAM policies to ensure that sensitive data in GCS and BigQuery is protected.
  • Hands-on experience with Dataproc and BigQuery performance tuning
  • Creating and Maintain the Airflow environments
  • Apply strong understanding of software development processes, models, and methodologies to optimize workflows and drive continuous improvement.

Your skills and experience

  • A Bachelor of Science or Master degree with a major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline.
  • Deep technical skills in at least one core language environment (e.g., Java, Javascript (NodeJS/TypeScript), Python, Shell scripting).
  • Extensive experience with automation tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, Ansible, Urban Code Deploy (UCD), Teamcity.
  • Proven experience with development platforms including BitBucket, Artifactory, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Strong experience with Docker containerization and clustering technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Dockerfiles, and Helm across major cloud providers (GCP/Azure/AWS).
  • Solid experience with application development and multi-platform architectures.
  • Strong experience in software development processes, models, lifecycles, and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Proven experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
