We're Hiring: DevOps Engineer

DevOps Application Lead
CI/CD Pipeline Management
Own end-to-end CI/CD pipeline health across build, test, and deploy stages.
Flag and resolve pipeline failures before they block environment promotions.
Maintain pipeline-as-code (Jenkinsfile/YAML) versioned and standardized across projects.
Deployment & Release
Coordinate deployments across all environments from Dev through Production.
Own deployment and rollback runbooks for every release and hotfix.
Track deployment frequency, lead time, and failure rate as core KPIs.
Infrastructure & Cloud
Monitor cloud infrastructure health — compute, networking, storage, and scaling.
Manage environment provisioning and teardown via IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
Ensure secrets and certificates are rotated and never hardcoded in pipelines.
Incident Support
Lead DevOps war room during incidents — rollbacks, infra recovery, and triage.
Own RCA for pipeline and infrastructure failures with corrective actions.
Maintain on-call runbooks for common failures — stuck pipelines, hung deploys, pod crashes.
Monitoring & Observability
Maintain Splunk/New Relic dashboards for pipeline metrics and infra KPIs.
Correlate deployment events with application performance degradation.
Security & Compliance
Integrate SAST, DAST, and dependency scanning into every pipeline.
Audit pipeline access controls and service account permissions regularly.
Collaboration & Enablement
Enable self-service deployments for dev and QA teams with guardrails.
Onboard new engineers to DevOps tooling and pipeline standards.
Continuous Improvement
Automate recurring pipeline failures — eliminate manual interventions.
Reduce MTTD and MTTR continuously through tooling and process improvements.
Convert DevOps toil into actionable GAB3 backlog items.
