AWS DevOps Engineer

Project Description:

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS cloud technologies, Terraform, and Amazon Bedrock to support the design, automation, and operation of modern cloud-native platforms. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in platform engineering, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and DevSecOps, while also being comfortable supporting AI/ML and Generative AI workloads in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud-native platforms on AWS
• Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles
• Build and enhance Kubernetes-based platforms running on Amazon EKS
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices
• Support AI/ML and Generative AI workloads, including Amazon Bedrock-based solutions
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational processes
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions across platform environments
• Drive cloud cost optimization, performance tuning, and operational excellence
• Collaborate with development, data, and security teams to deliver secure and reliable platforms
• Promote DevSecOps practices and ensure compliance with security standards
• Support MLOps processes including model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and lifecycle management
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and platform issues while driving continuous improvements

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 9+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
• Proven expertise with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Experience designing and operating cloud-native solutions on AWS
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock and AI/GenAI platform integrations
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, preferably Amazon EKS, including Karpenter and Flux
• Experience with CI/CD implementation using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Experience with configuration management tools, preferably Ansible
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell
• Experience with observability and monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Splunk)
• Knowledge of secrets and configuration management solutions (AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault, CyberArk)
• Understanding of MLOps practices, model deployment, monitoring, and automation
• Strong understanding of cloud security, DevSecOps, and compliance best practices
• Experience integrating security controls and policy enforcement into CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• AWS certifications
• Experience with AIOps implementations
• Experience in enterprise-scale Kubernetes environments
• Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost governance
• Multi-cloud exposure (Azure/GCP) is a plus
