Role Description
This is an on-site role for a DevOps Engineer, based in Bhopal. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS, Azure, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and data engineering platforms. This role requires close collaboration with development, data, and security teams to ensure seamless deployments and high system availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
- Manage compute services such as EC2 and Azure Virtual Machines.
- Configure and maintain networking, load balancing, VPCs, subnets, security groups, and firewalls.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Configure and optimize Nginx and Apache web servers.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
- Monitor system performance using Grafana and other observability tools.
- Build and support Python-based data pipelines.
- Work with Apache Spark for large-scale data processing.
- Design, develop, and manage data workflows using Azure Data Factory and AWS Glue.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and data teams to improve release cycles and system reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Solid understanding of EC2, Azure VM, networking, and load balancing concepts.
- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Experience with Nginx and Apache web servers.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools: Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Practical experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Experience with Grafana and monitoring/observability systems.
- Strong working knowledge of Python scripting for data pipelines and automation.
- Experience with Apache Spark for data processing.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and AWS Glue.
- Good understanding of Linux systems, shell scripting, and system administration.
Good to Have Qualifications
- Experience with microservicesarchitecture.
- Experience of working on large scale Enterprise projects.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices.
- Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices.
- Knowledge of Data Engineering and Visualization platforms like PowerBI,Tableau, DataBricks and Snowflakes will be a definite plus.
