Job Description:
Role Description DevOps engineer
- Take responsibility for day-to-day operational tasks, including security patching and minor application software upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to public cloud environments.
- Collaborate with Public Cloud and other teams for necessary approvals, testing, and implementations.
- Adhere strictly to internal documentation and operational guidelines.
- Monitor system alerts and escalate issues to relevant teams as needed.
Requirements / Skill Set:
- Experience with tools and technologies such as Git, Linux/Windows OS, VS Code, AWS or Azure, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure and application monitoring tools, and JIRA.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a DevOps-related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.
