Role Summary

We are hiring a Software Engineer DevOps / Systems Operations to own deployment, reliability, monitoring, and onprem infrastructure for a largescale distributed software system running in production warehouses. This role is handson and onsite, with a strong emphasis on Linux systems, containerized deployments, networking/WiFi reliability, and production operations. Prior robotics experience is not required - structured domain training will be provided.

Role & Responsibilities

Deploy, operate, and maintain containerized software stacks on onprem Linux servers
Execute upgrades, rollbacks, and versioned releases with minimal or zero downtime
Monitor system health, throughput, latency, and service availability
Design alerts and perform rootcause analysis (RCA) for production issues
Validate and troubleshoot WiFi and network performance in highdensity environments
Debug packet loss, latency, jitter, roaming, and interference issues using standard tools
Operate and tune baremetal Linux servers (CPU, memory, disk, networking)

Requirements:

48 years of relevant industry experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, SRE, or Production Operations.
Strong handson experience with Linux (Ubuntu Server preferred)
Experience deploying and operating Docker / containerized applications
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/UDP, VLANs, routing, DNS)
Practical experience troubleshooting WiFi and network reliability issues
Experience with monitoring and log analysis tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar)
Proficiency in Bash scripting and at least one programming language (Python or C++)

Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech/B.E), Masters in Technology (M.Tech/M.E), Master in Computer Application (M.C.A), Bachelor Of Computer Application (B.C.A), Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA)
