Job Description
Hiring: Associate DevOps Engineer
We are looking for an Associate DevOps Engineer to join the technology team of a leading organization in the Capital Markets domain.
Location: Bangalore, India
Experience: 2+ years
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Skills
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience
- 2+ years of AWS/Azure/Cloud experience
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git, branching & release strategies
- Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or Ruby
- Experience with Unix/Linux environments
- Salesforce DevOps & Release Management
- Experience with Copado is a strong advantage
- Hands-on with Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, ServiceNow, Nexus/Artifactory
- Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills
- Experience with production support and deployment automation
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior DevOps engineers
Role Highlights
- Own DevOps activities for a development pod
- Build and improve CI/CD and deployment automation
- Support AWS and Salesforce-based platforms
- Drive security, resilience, scalability, and operational automation
- Manage release readiness and production support
- Collaborate with global teams and mentor junior engineers
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, STEM, or equivalent.
