You'll play a key role in designing, maintaining, and optimizing our continuous integration, delivery, and deployment environments. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (software development, system integration, and testing teams), monitor application performance and health, and implement best practices for security and scalability.

- Designing, setting up, and managing CI/CD infrastructure in diverse environments
- Writing scripts and utilizing tools to automate development, delivery, and deployment processes
- Monitoring application performance and addressing performance bottlenecks
- Ensuring system and software scalability, reliability, and uptime
- Maintaining compliance with security standards and best practices
- Providing support and training to development teams in using the CI/CD environment
- Participating in design reviews to ensure the architecture is integrable and releasable
- Keeping informed of evolving technologies through continuous learning

- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience or understanding of software development, integration, and testing
- Knowledge of Linux environments and shell scripting
- Familiarity with network and security principles
- A strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and containerization (e.g., Docker or Podman)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins or GitLab-CI) and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, or Chef)
- Knowledge of artifact management tools (e.g., Artifactory or Nexus) and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, ElasticSearch)
- Scripting skills in languages like Python, Groovy, or Gradle
- Desirable: Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP) and relevant certifications
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, remote teams
- Proactive, inclusive, and adaptable mindset with an international perspective
