You'll play a key role in designing, setting up, and managing the CI/CD infrastructure, ensuring seamless development processes, and supporting teams across the organization. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., software development, system integration, and testing teams), optimize system performance, and ensure compliance with security standards, among other responsibilities.
You'll specifically take care of automating development, delivery, and deployment processes, but also monitor application performance and scalability.

You'll specifically take care of automating development, delivery, and deployment processes, but also monitor application performance and scalability.
We'll look to you for:
- Designing, setting up, and managing the CI/CD infrastructure, including physical, virtual, and cloud-based environments
- Automating development, delivery, and deployment processes using appropriate tools and scripts
- Ensuring the portability of the CI/CD environment by minimizing adherence to underlying infrastructure
- Monitoring application performance and health, and addressing performance bottlenecks
- Improving system and software scalability, reliability, and availability
- Supporting and training development teams in using the CI/CD environment
- Participating in design reviews to ensure integrable and releasable architecture
- Keeping informed about technology trends through continuous learning

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in software development, integration, and testing
- Proficiency in Linux environments and shell scripting
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker or Podman)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins or GitLab-CI) and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, or Chef)
- Familiarity with artifact management tools (e.g., Artifactory or Nexus) and monitoring solutions (e.g., Grafana, ElasticSearch)
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, or Gradle
- Desirable: Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP) and REST APIs
- Desirable: Relevant certifications (e.g., Jenkins, Azure)
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with remote and international teams
