Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Summary:

As a DevOps Engineer, a typical day involves designing and implementing new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes. This role requires setting up and maintaining continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines, while ensuring the security and reliability of these systems. The position also includes managing cloud-based environments and container orchestration platforms to streamline development workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration with various teams to align infrastructure with project goals and troubleshooting issues to maintain smooth development cycles are key aspects of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices in continuous integration and deployment to improve software delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure infrastructure scalability and security compliance.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management and automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
• Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve pipeline efficiency.
• Understanding of security principles and practices related to DevOps environments.
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot complex systems to ensure high availability and performance.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
