BNP Paribas IT Group's Application Production Support team provides end‑to‑end production support for transversal business lines (Compliance, Finance, Credit Risk, RHG, Legal). The role ensures secure, stable, and fully controlled application environments, working closely with counterparts in the Paris region.
Key Responsibilitie
- sProvide technical and functional support for applications and infrastructure
- .Manage incidents, drive root‑cause analysis and ensure problem eradication
- .Implement, monitor, and maintain automated monitoring solutions (GitLab, Ansible, DAIR)
- .Oversee production processing against the production plan, verifying backups & recovery procedures
- .Coordinate releases, create/maintain application documentation and SOPs, and drive knowledge‑transfer within the team
- .Communicate effectively with development teams, business stakeholders and other IT groups; translate business requirements into technical actions
- .Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and process remediation
- .Help build and maintain production dashboards; act on defined service‑improvement actions
- .Support the evolution of ITSM/ITIL processes (change, incident, request fulfilment)
