Job Description

Project Role : DevOps Engineer

Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Minimum 12 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary

As a DevOps Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes. This role requires continuous monitoring and enhancement of integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. The engineer collaborates with various teams to maintain secure and reliable systems, focusing on automation and orchestration to streamline operations. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are essential to safeguard systems against potential security threats while supporting the evolving needs of the development environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead the implementation of best practices in continuous integration and continuous deployment to enhance productivity and quality.
Facilitate communication and coordination between development, operations, and security teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Mentor junior team members to support their growth and development within the DevOps framework.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
Experience with cloud infrastructure management and automation tools related to Microsoft Azure DevOps.
Strong knowledge of container orchestration platforms and their integration within CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to design and implement secure deployment strategies to protect systems from vulnerabilities.
Familiarity with scripting and automation to optimize build and release processes.
Understanding of monitoring and logging tools to maintain system health and performance.

Additional Information

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
