Position Details- Role: DevOps Engineer

- Shift Timing: 6:00 PM 3:30 AM (IST)
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce DevOps practices, specifically using Copado, and should be capable of managing complex deployment pipelines while ensuring best practices and compliance.
Key Responsibilities & Skills- Strong expertise in Copado, including metadata pipeline configuration and deployment fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with Git-based version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
- Familiarity with Git Actions or similar CI/CD automation tools
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce Admin concepts and Salesforce metadata structure
- Experience working with ANT Migration Tool and Package.xml
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve dependency issues during deployments
- Knowledge of Copado source format (SFDX) is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of deployment best practices
- Ability to make informed decisions on manual vs. automated changes
