Job Title: DevOps/Backend Engineer

Role:
We are hiring DevOps and Backend Engineers to build secure, scalable, and production-ready infrastructure and backend systems. You will work across modern cloud-native technologies, automation, and distributed systemsoften in isolated/offline environments requiring high reliability and security.
What You'll Work On
DevOps Engineering
- Kubernetes-based orchestration
- Terraform-based IaC
- CI/CD automation (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Setting up and operating secure, standalone environments
Backend Engineering
- Backend development using Go, Python, or Java
- Docker, gRPC, and Kubernetes-native services
- Integrations with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with ML pipelines or large-scale data systems is a plus
Requirements
- 35 years experience in DevOps, SRE, backend engineering, platform engineering, or
- cloud operations
- Technical degree from an accredited university
- Experience with 5+ technologies, such as: Kubernetes, Terraform OSS, GitLab CI, Keycloak, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK stack, Jaeger, MinIO, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Nginx, Kong, AWS/GCP/Azure, etc.
- Experience with 5+ functional areas, including: IAM, SCM, CI/CD, Container Orchestration, Secrets Management, Monitoring, Logging, Distributed Tracing, Object Storage, Databases, Incident Management, Cost Management, API Gateways, Proxy Servers.
