As we continue to scale, we're looking for a dedicated, motivated, and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping our infrastructure.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure infrastructure while collaborating with developers to streamline CI/CD workflows and optimize deployment strategies. This is a hands-on position requiring deep expertise in Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, and modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure using Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform
  • Automate CI/CD pipelines and improve developer workflows with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines
  • Collaborate closely with developers to support application delivery and deployment optimization
  • Handle Linux system administration, monitoring, and performance tuning
  • Configure and manage services like RDS/PostgreSQL, Kafka, and CloudWatch
  • Participate in architecture reviews, system hardening, and infrastructure scaling
  • Mentor engineers and promote DevOps best practices across the team

  • Containerization & Orchestration: Kubernetes, Helm, Docker/Docker Compose
  • Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (IAM, EC2, VPC, S3, CloudWatch, ALB, RDS)
  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
  • CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines
  • Data & Messaging: PostgreSQL, Kafka
  • Scripting & OS: Linux, Bash

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Argo CD, Karpenter, OpenSearch
  • Familiarity with AWS Cognito, EKS
  • Advanced Git and branching strategies
