Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Architect to design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will lead DevOps strategy, drive automation, and ensure seamless collaboration between development, operations, and security teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end DevOps architecture for cloud and on-prem environments
• Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines for faster, reliable software delivery
• Lead adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Architect scalable and resilient systems on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, ELK, Grafana)
• Ensure security best practices (DevSecOps) are embedded into pipelines and infrastructure
• Optimize system performance, cost, and reliability
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes
• Mentor DevOps engineers and guide best practices
• Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go)
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
• Knowledge of networking, security, and system architecture
• Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Leadership and mentoring experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Kubernetes certifications)
• Experience with DevSecOps practices
• Exposure to SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) principles
