About Position:
We are looking for an experienced DevOps and Cloud Architect to design, implement, and optimize cloud-native infrastructure and automation solutions across multi-cloud environments. This role requires deep expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD practices to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.

What You'll Do:
- As a DevOps and Cloud Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions.
- Architect and implement cloud-native infrastructure across AWS and GCP environments.
- Design and manage Kubernetes clusters, including deployment strategies, scaling, and security.
- Implement Replicated/KOTS for enterprise software delivery and lifecycle management.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for multi-cloud environments.
- Define and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery for critical systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to embed DevOps practices into SDLC.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, cost, and security compliance.
- Mentor teams on DevOps best practices and infrastructure automation.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong technical skills and leadership capabilities.
- Expertise in AWS and GCP services (networking, compute, storage, IAM).
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and operators.
- Proficiency in Replicated/KOTS for software packaging and deployment.
- Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration.
- Knowledge of security best practices, compliance, and cost optimization.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Strong scripting and automation skills.
- Excellent collaboration and mentoring abilities.
