JOB DESCRIPTION

Skill: QA

• Tier: - Tier 2 /3
• Lab Operations and QA support
• 5+ years of experience in lab (devices) operations management or a related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in handling devices, device testing, MH (Mobile Harness).
• Experience in devices power testing and functional testing on Android devices.
• Support devices setup / flashing builds, phone pairing.
• Troubleshoot power test failures and document analysis details Identify and report bugs.
• Experience creating replicable processes.
• Comfortable handling hardware tools.
• Metrics and Reporting:
• Develop KPIs and measurement metrics for lab operations.
• Regular monitoring and Reporting of Inventory updates.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management and E&O reduction.
• Work with cross-functional teams to refine tools and processes for better end-to-end
• Inventory control.
• Preferred Skills
• Experience in mobile and wearable device testing.
• Experience with Quality Assurance processes and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
• Experience in inventory management, supply chain management.
