Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Development Manager Intern role at Toolspy. The intern will be responsible for coordinating team activities, overseeing progress on development projects, assisting in setting team goals, and facilitating communication between team members. They will gather and analyze relevant metrics, support project prioritization, and ensure tasks are completed on time and align with the project's roadmap. Regular collaboration with cross-functional teams to solve challenges and refine project strategies will also be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong coordination and project management skills, with an ability to organize and oversee team tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure efficient team collaboration and clear reporting to stakeholders.
- Basic technical understanding of software development processes and tools.
- Problem-solving abilities and capacity to analyze project metrics and outcomes.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets, charts, and presentations to present project progress and data insights.
- Adaptability to a remote work setup and ability to take initiative in a self-managed role.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Technology, Management, Business, or a related field.
