Development Manager - Accessories

Job Responsibilities:

• Accessories finalization for new model -conceptualization, feasibility discussion with stake holders, materializing and business case preparation.
• Close coordination and tracking of Accessories development with all Stakeholders: SC, Engg, Quality and Carline
• Identification of New Accessories (apart from New Model) based on the new customer requirement, Competition market,global technology trend
• Reporting of Sale progress on account of new accessories launch: Both New Model and New Accessories
• Supervising the new Accessories fitment trial and photoshoot of new accessories
• End to end support from Accessory development to content description on website and final launch of each new accessory

Competencies / Skills Requirement:

1. Good interpersonal and networking skills

2. Good communication & presentation skills

3. Experience in Project handling will be preferable

4. Knowledge on overall accessory market: competition and global

Experience

. Exposure to automotive aftermarket or similar B2B environments is desirable.
