The Impact you will have in this role:

As part of the Digital Enablement team within Enterprise Digital Solutions, as a Talend associate developer, you will be tasked with developing and managing ETL processes using Talend, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and optimal performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design scalable solutions for data integration and transformation.

Primary Responsibilities:

Design and develop ETL processes using Talend to meet business requirements.
Maintain and enhance existing ETL workflows to ensure data integrity and performance.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various data sources and targets.
Document ETL processes, designs, and architectures.
Continuously improve ETL processes by incorporating best practices and feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Talents Needed for Success:

Proven experience as an ETL Developer with at least 2 years of experience using Talend.
Experience of developing complex jobs in Talend Studio, experience in TAC / TMC
Experience of working in Agile Sprint development
Strong understanding of data integration, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
Experience in deployment is a big plus.

Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services.

These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end best practices.
