Application Development Associate Analyst - HIH - Evernorth

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain application components using supported technologies
• Participate in troubleshooting, defect resolution, and root cause analysis activities
• Align engineering solutions with application requirements and overall technology strategy
• Support systems analysis activities and contribute to solution design decisions
• Plan and implement procedures to improve application integration and operational efficiency
• Configure and implement middleware products as required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support delivery of enterprise-scale applications
• Follow modern development practices including continuous integration and automated testing
• Support and provide guidance to junior team members as needed
