SF Developer
Salesforce Developer with 46 years of hands on experience to build, enhance, and support Salesforce applications across enterprise implementations. The role focuses on delivering high-quality development aligned to defined functional and technical requirements, while adhering to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) ,Aura, SOQL, and Visualforce as required.
- Implement business requirements based on provided functional and technical specifications.
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows to support business process automation.
- Develop bulk-safe, performant Apex code aligned with governor limits and platform constraints.
- Implement asynchronous processing using Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Future methods where required.
- Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools based on defined integration patterns.
- Assist with event-based implementations using Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), or Streaming APIs under guidance.
- Create and maintain unit tests to support deployment readiness and quality standards.
- Participate in code reviews, defect fixes, and performance tuning activities.
- Support Agile delivery activities including sprint execution, estimations, and release cycles.
- Assist with deployments across environments using established CI/CD and release management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects across development, test, and production environments.
Required Skills & Experience
- 46 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data models, security, sharing rules, and access controls.
- Experience developing bulkified code and working with moderate to large data volumes.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and deployment processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and JSON/XML payloads.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud, industry clouds FSC / Healthcare / Retail / commerce etc
- Experience supporting enterprise or multi-org Salesforce implementations.
- Platform Developer II or additional Salesforce certifications.
