Qubrid AI is building next-generation cloud and edge GPU infrastructure for AI workloads, inferencing, and developer-first AI platforms. Our mission is to make high-performance AI accessible, scalable, and production-ready for developers and enterprises worldwide.

We are now looking for a Developer Relations Advocate who can amplify Qubrid AI's voice globally, engage deeply with the developer ecosystem, and drive adoption through technical marketing, community building, and outbound outreach.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Leadership and off-shore cloud & AI engineering teams.

What You'll Do

Developer Marketing & Technical Content

  • Create technical demos, hands-on tutorials, how-to guides, blogs, and lightweight technical papers.
  • Build developer-focused web content explaining GPU inferencing, AI models, APIs, and workflows in a clear and practical way.
  • Translate complex AI infrastructure concepts into content that developers actually understand and adopt.

Community Building & Social Presence

  • Own and manage Qubrid AI's presence across Discord, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Reddit, GitHub, and other relevant platforms.
  • Engage daily with developers, researchers, and early adopters - answering questions, moderating discussions, and encouraging participation.
  • Recognize, reward, and spotlight active community members to foster long-term loyalty.

Outreach, Growth & Adoption

  • Design and execute strategies to reach thousands to millions of developers globally.
  • Proactively reach out to developers, startups, and teams via DMs, emails, cold outreach, and calls to drive platform adoption.
  • Build and optimize funnels from social platforms trials active users paid customers.

Campaigns & Analytics

  • Plan and execute email campaigns, launch announcements, and social campaigns.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, conversions, leads, sign-ups).
  • Continuously refine messaging based on data and developer feedback.

Brand, Partnerships & Events

  • Collaborate internally to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.
  • Identify and work with influencers, developer communities, partners, and open-source ecosystems.
  • Represent Qubrid AI in online events, hackathons, meetups, AMAs, and (occasionally) offline conferences.

Reputation & Trust

  • Monitor brand sentiment and proactively manage any potential reputation risks.
  • Act as a trusted public-facing voice of Qubrid AI in developer spaces.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

  • Software development background with strong technical depth.
  • Atleast 2 years of experience in Developer Relations, Technical Marketing, Community Management, or similar roles in software / AI companies.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience managing communities on Discord, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, GitHub.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Good to Have (Strong Plus)

  • Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, Deep Learning, or tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow.
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA GPUs, AI inferencing, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Prior exposure to hackathons, developer programs, or open-source communities.
  • Comfort with outbound outreach, cold emails, and calls.
