We are seeking an experienced Integration Business Analyst for our Integrations team in Corporate Systems division. He/she will be responsible for understanding business requirements from stakeholders and providing technical solutions to meet their expectations. The ideal candidate should have a relevant coding experience in data Integration and data warehousing projects using tools like Informatica cloud (IICS), Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Snowflake and SQL Server. This position demands strong organizational skills and problem-solving expertise, while working with current and emerging technologies, and managing team dynamics. Excellent project management skills, team orientation, flexibility, innovative thinking, accountability, and collaboration are required for success.
This Integration Specialist will be working in Cvent's cutting-edge technology products, CRM and Financial Systems teams and assisting our team of informatica developers in the implementation phase of the project.
In This Role, You Will
- Work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture functional requirements.
- Create detailed integration flow designs, process flows documents on wiki or lucid chart; requirement grooming with stakeholders including user acceptance criteria approvals.
- Create JIRA project and convert the requirements into technical user stories for sprint development.
- Participate in sprint planning and prioritization activities together with project managers, solution architects and technical leads.
- Assist in code development, code review, unit testing, Quality Assurance test scenario creation and clarify team huddle on day-to-day basis.
- Clear communication with internal teams to identify possible out of the box and industry best practices solutions.
- Take ownership of the team sprint delivery that includes new projects, feature enhancements or trainings to the new resources on our SDLC model.
- Use industry standard best practice to anticipate and assess risks and create mitigation plans.
- Troubleshoot issues with data transfer and internal integration platforms using a combination of XML, API's, SQL and FTP knowledge.
- Participate in weekly/Bi-weekly project status review with Technical leads and Project Managers
Here's What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT related field.
- 5-7 yrs. Hands-on experience on technologies like Intelligent Informatica Cloud Services (IICS), Salesforce and Snowflake etc.
- Experience using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Able to look at the big picture, speculate and conceptualize outcomes and identify trends
- Superior planning skills with the ability to handle large workload and facilitate the activities of dynamic workgroups.
- Expert knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle, with an emphasis on requirements elicitation, process modelling, documentation, communication, org readiness and project management.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex application issues.
- Exceptional research skills and proven ability to lead diverse groups of resources to solution agreement by leveraging influencing skills to drive consensus.
- Effective communication skills; listening, written and verbal; ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of XML, FTP, ETL, API and Web Services are very strong preferred.
- Experience in Finance processes like Contracts Implementation, Billing and Invoicing, Collections etc. would be strongly preferred.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services a plus
