Role: Automation & Integrations Specialist (Smart Office + Stream Deck + Microsoft 365) Location: Gurgaon (On-site) Type: Full-time
What you'll do
- Act as our internal Automation Desk: staff tell you their requirement, you design and deliver the integration.
- Build and maintain Stream Deck (Elgato) workflows for key roles and rooms (reception, meeting rooms, studio, director desks).
- Create automations across Outlook/Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive/Excel using Power Automate (and Zapier/Make where needed).
- Configure and integrate smart office devices (scenes, sensors, schedules, meeting modes, occupancy-based automation).
- Support identity/device basics: Entra ID (Azure AD) app integrations, permissions, light device policy alignment.
- Document everything: quick guides, SOPs, and a reusable automation library.
You should have
- 25 years in automation/integrations/IT systems roles
- Hands-on with Stream Deck + productivity workflows
- Power Automate + Microsoft 365 experience
- Basic scripting or API comfort (webhooks, JSON, Postman)
- Smart automation exposure (Home Assistant / Zigbee / Matter / HomeKit / etc.)
- Even better if knows integrations of Control4 Home Automation
- Clear communication and a build it end-to-end attitude
- UBIQUITI Unifi Experience and Knowledge
- IP Telephony- CISCO, YEALINK< Avaya
Nice to have
- UniFi / networking basics
- Intune device management
- AV/meeting room tech (Teams Rooms, Logitech, etc.)
