Job Description

  • Develop and lead comprehensive solution architectures for supply chain planning processes using systems like SAP IBP and Kinaxis
  • Design and maintain end-to-end architecture supporting seamless data flow across planning, procurement, and inventory management systems
  • Lead integration efforts between ERP systems, planning platforms, and data lakes for harmonized data exchange
  • Analyze current business processes and propose improvements and optimizations using industry best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business leaders, IT, and solution teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and implementation teams
  • Coordinate architectural frameworks and lead architectural domains (technical, data, application, and security) within the DET-SCM group
  • Support project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Develop documentation and deliver training sessions for end-users and support personnel
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of supply chain innovation
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain and S&OP planning
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in solution architecture
  • Strong expertise in planning tools such as SAP IBP and/or Kinaxis RapidResponse
  • Proficient in data modeling and system integration in large-scale enterprise environments
  • Deep understanding of supply chain concepts, including demand forecasting, production scheduling, and inventory control
  • Experience working with cloud platforms and modern integration technologies
  • Fluent in English
