About the role:
1. As a destination Expert, you will be responsible for creating holiday booking quotes, costing, sales etc.
2. Creating the end-to-end tailor-made Itinerary.
3. Negotiation with hotels and contracting.
4. Maintaining good relations with Agents and suppliers.
5. Maintaining customer relations as well as developing relationships with a variety of travel agency brands.
6. Promoting our vast range of products (Inbound/ Outbound).
Job Requirements:
Candidate must be from the travel industry only.
A Diploma or degree in Business or Tourism Management.
Minimum 4-8 years experience within the travel industry B2B market working with Travel Agents and FTOs. (Mandatory)
Sales and Customer Service Oriented/Sales & Operations Superstar.
An eye for detailing and a customer experience-driven approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent Negotiation, Contracting, and Interpersonal skills.
Cross-Cultural Exposure and behavioural skills.
A creative flair and high attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to multitask within strict deadlines.
