We're Hiring: Destination Executive (Sikkim Specialist)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Destination Executive to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning travel experiences and interacting with clients.
You will act as the key point of contact between our customers and their Sikkim travel plans, handling everything from initial inquiries to final bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Create customised Sikkim tour itineraries based on client preferences
Coordinate with hotels and transport partners for bookings
Handle inbound leads via calls and emails and convert them into confirmed bookings
Maintain proper records of bookings, invoices, and traveller details
Requirements
Fluent in Hindi and Bengali (Bangla)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and web browsing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Sikkim destinations (Gangtok, North Sikkim, Pelling, etc.) is a plus
