Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate desktop changes to avoid deployment conflicts and rollout issues
  • Prepare and manage rollout requests and implementation plans
  • Prioritize and track change requests from initiation to closure
  • Participate in incident management related to desktop changes
  • Support large-scale desktop rollouts such as antivirus or system updates
  • Ensure proper execution of change management processes
  • Provide phone-based technical support for hardware/software/network issues
  • Support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
  • Assist users with VPN, remote access, and connectivity issues
  • Use ITSM tools to log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced support environment
