Desktop Support Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Specialist at RGTS Software Pvt Ltd located in Ahmedabad. The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, printer support, and troubleshooting related to desktop computers. The Specialist will also provide desk top support for all employees as needed.

• Strong knowledge of desktop computers and related troubleshooting skills
• Technical support and desk top support experience
• Experience providing printer support
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Experience providing technical support in a professional setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
