Role Description

This is a contract-based on-site role for a Desktop Support Specialist, located in Agartala. The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting technical issues, managing printer support, and ensuring smooth operational functionality. The role involves addressing client queries, resolving technical concerns, and collaborating with team members to provide high-quality IT support in a timely manner.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Desktop Computers and Desk Top Support
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Printer Support and related hardware maintenance
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear and effective technical assistance
  • Ability to work independently and meet client needs under tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in on-site IT support is an advantage
  • Relevant certifications or training in IT support are a plus
