Job Summary

1. Configure outlook, Microsoft outlook 2003, outlook 2007, outlook 2010.

2. Basic Level Troubleshooting.

3. Installing Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners.

4. Troubleshooting of various Software.

5. Installations and Troubleshooting of various Operating Systems, Application Software & Maintain database

6. Providing new network connectivity to the users

7. Troubleshooting LAN connectivity problems.

8. Resolving problems remotely using, & remote desktop.

9. Monitoring Network response

10. Isolating and rectifying client connectivity problem in LAN

11. Configuration & maintenance of Network printer.

12. Troubleshooting internet connectivity.
