Desktop Support Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for aDesktop Support Engineerbased in Mumbai.

The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop systems, managing computer hardware, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth printer and peripheral operations.

The role also includesremote support for clients as well as on-field visits to customer offices when required. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, support end-users, and maintain system performance to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

• Proficiency in desktop computers and computer hardware
• Hands-on experience in technical support and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of printer support and hardware maintenance
• Ability to handle remote support and on-site client visits
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
