Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Role: Desktop Support L1
Shift: General (depending on location)
Key Responsibilities:
1 Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, network, and peripherals
2 Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related devices
3 Troubleshoot and resolve issues via support tickets in a timely manner
4 Support Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory environments
5 Manage user accounts, permissions & password resets
6 Handle hardware upgrades, software installations & patch management
7 Provide remote user support (VPN / Remote Desktop tools)
8 Document issues & solutions, maintain knowledge base
9 Collaborate with IT teams for escalations (network/server related)
