Job Description

Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Navi Mumbai (Lower Parel/Goregaon)

Experience: 1.6 Years

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Package: ₹3 LPA to 3.3LPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in desktop and system support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve IT issues efficiently, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 (O365) applications.
  • Handle and resolve IT tickets using a ticketing tool.
  • Perform system upgrades, software installations, and configuration management.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Provide end-user support and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain IT asset records and coordinate with vendors when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
  • Strong knowledge of Outlook installation and configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365 setup and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
  • Good understanding of Windows OS troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Work Schedule:

  • 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)

Compensation:

  • CTC: ₹3LPA-3.4LPA
