System Setup & Maintenance
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS (Windows 7/10) and Microsoft Office (2007–O365).
Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals in workgroup and domain environments.
Perform preventive maintenance for hardware devices such as printers and scanners.
Hardware & Software Management
Monitor and troubleshoot hardware devices, drivers, and system components.
Replace faulty hardware components including motherboards, RAM, HDD, SMPS, etc.
Install and manage client applications and antivirus software.
User Support & Troubleshooting
Provide L1 support and remote assistance via tools like VNC, AnyDesk, Ammyy Admin, and TeamViewer.
Configure Outlook email clients and resolve email-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve basic networking issues and escalate when required.
Asset & Inventory Management
Maintain IT asset records and inventory management.
Support IT procurement and asset lifecycle management.
Active Directory & Administration
Manage user accounts, access, and permissions through Active Directory.
Customization & Compliance
Configure and customize desktop hardware setups based on user or site requirements.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Desktop Support or IT Support.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and basic networking.
Good communication, troubleshooting, and time management skills.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCP, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Shift Requirement:
Candidate should be comfortable working in night shifts.
