About the job

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to our clients & helping them with installation, upgradation and troubleshooting hardware and software systems.

Your contribution in PB's journey

  1. To support daily technical support activities for desktop, data, and server management
  2. To set up and test desktop computer peripherals
  3. To perform the system changes adhered to organizational policies
  4. Conduct remote desktop troubleshoot to end-users along with documentation ticket maintenance
  5. Maintain technical documentation in association with other functional departments Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
  6. Configure, install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and machines

Your knowledge & expertise that we need

  1. Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role
  2. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  3. Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
  4. Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
  5. Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
  6. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  7. Customer-oriented attitude
  8. Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary
