Job Description

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer L1 to join our team in Bhiwadi. This field job involves providing technical support for desktop systems and ensuring smooth operations for our users.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for desktop hardware and software issues.
  • Respond to and resolve support requests in a timely manner.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, printers, and peripherals.
  • Maintain and update documentation of support processes and procedures.
  • Assist in the setup and deployment of new systems and technology upgrades.
  • Monitor and maintain IT equipment inventory.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with hardware components and peripherals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
