Job Description

  • Provide IT Technical Support to IT End Users.
  • Support Knowledge and Experience on Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Software, Projector, CCTV, LAN, Internet etc.
  • Basic hardware troubleshoot of Desktop.Laptop, Printer, UPS, Projector, Accessories etc.
  • Installation, Configuration, Setup of Desktop, Laptop with Windows 10 or 11 OS and with other productivity Software.
  • Installation, Configuration, Traboulshoot of Network/Standalone Printer.
  • Insallation, Configuration, Support of other software like O365, AV Software, PDF Software, AutoCAD Software, MS Prjoject Software etc.
  • Configuration and setup of MS Outlook, Onedrive.
  • Remote desktop support.
  • Basic Trouble Shooting on LAN & WAN Network Related Issue
  • Basic Support on CCTV System
  • Checking of Data Backup system
  • Call Log with OEM / Service Provider/ Vendor and Followup for any Hardware or Software or Service related issues.
  • Basic Support on VC System like TEAMS, Zoom etc.
  • IT Documentation like, Maintenance of Software List, Maintenance of IT Inventory, Maintenance of different IT Hardware
  • Co-ordinate with corporate IT Team and Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed
  • Daily Call Activity Log
  • Good Communication and collaboration skill.
