We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about technology and looking to kickstart their career in IT support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users on hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and printer issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of user accounts and permissions.
• Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with IT team to improve processes and support efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications.
• Familiarity with Mac OS and Linux environments is a plus.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair of desktops and laptops.
• Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
