Software & Domain Knowledge
Windows 10/11, MS Office, Office 365, Outlook, LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, Printer Support,
Knowledge of desktop support, Windows operating systems, LAN/network troubleshooting, Office 365 support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and IT asset management.
Job Description
Provide first-level desktop and technical support to end users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and basic network/LAN-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and standard software applications.
Support Office 365 user-related activities including password reset, mailbox support, and basic user management.
Perform system formatting, software installation, OS troubleshooting, and regular system health checks.
Maintain IT asset inventory including allocation, tracking, and documentation of IT equipment.
Handle user support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution as per SLA.
Coordinate with senior IT team members for issue escalation and support activities.
