Job Description

Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting and handling IT hardware such as high-end workstations, PCs, laptops, printers, and other related equipment. Experience in Government, PSU, or corporate environments will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for IT hardware and peripherals
  • Assembly, configuration, and installation of high-end workstations
  • Installation and support of Windows and Linux operating systems and associated applications
  • Providing end-user IT infrastructure support

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of end-user IT infrastructure
  • Proficiency in Hindi, English, and regional languages (as per location)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
