Job Description

Roles/ Responsibilities-

  1. This pivotal role will be responsible for defining the technical vision, designing robust solutions, and leading the end-to-end delivery of Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) initiatives, with a primary focus on CCAI Agent Assist and Dialogflow CX. This pivotal role will be responsible for defining the technical vision, designing robust solutions, and leading the end-to-end delivery of Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) initiatives, with a primary focus on CCAI Agent Assist and Dialogflow CX.
  2. Must have done min. 3-5 projects in Dialogflow
  3. Lead and manage the full lifecycle of CCAI projects from initiation to deployment and post-implementation support.
  4. Delivering Google CCAI solutions, with significant expertise in both CCAI Agent Assist and Dialogflow (ES/CX).
  5. Integrate Dialogflow solutions with various channels (e.g., Genesys, Twilio, Google Contact Center AI Partner Integrations)

Mandatory Skills:

  • Chatbot development, Voicebot both
  • Conversational AI Platforms- Google DialogFlow. Should have done min. 3-5 projects on CCAI/ Dialogflow platform.
  • ADK, Playbooks, Troubleshooting, CCAI, CV Studio, Agent Assist.
  • Development, Integration and Implementation of CCAI/ Google Dialogflow projects.
