Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Mumbai. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers and printers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of computer hardware. Day-to-day tasks will include setting up and configuring desktop hardware, addressing technical support requests, and maintaining the overall health of the IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware
- Experience in Technical Support, including Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Printer Support and related technical issues
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively on-site
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with end-users
- Relevant certifications in IT or related field are a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
