Desktop Support Engineer

Hiring: IT Support Engineer (1+ Years Experience)

Location: Bandra West, Mumbai

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM 8:00 PM (as per requirement)

Salary: Up to 22,000/month

Travel: Required across 4 studio locations as needed

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. If you're someone who enjoys solving tech problems, providing end-user support, and keeping systems running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Provide Level 1 & 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

Troubleshoot Windows OS, VPN, network, email & software issues

Manage AD accounts, access control, and password resets

Handle ticketing systems and resolve issues within SLA timelines

Support VoIP and telephony systems (especially for BPO setups)

Travel to different studio locations as required

Document troubleshooting steps and maintain knowledge base

Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection guidelines

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of IT support experience

Hands-on with hardware troubleshooting, system assembling, diagnostics

Windows & application installation knowledge

Experience handling 5060 users

Remote support experience is a plus

Average communication skills in English
