Job Responsibilities:
- Install and provide technical support for Synersoft BLACKbox solutions for customers in Mumbai.
- Provide remote support using tools such as TeamViewer or Ammy Admin.
- Visit customer locations when required for installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
- Support and manage BLACKbox features including:
- Firewall
- File Server
- Mail Server
- Endpoint Security
- Storage & Backup
- Domain Controller
- Diagnose and resolve system, network, and software issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of installations and support activities.
Candidate Profile:
- Knowledge of computer assembly and hardware troubleshooting
- Installation and configuration of Windows OS and Linux
- Network configuration and troubleshooting
- Configuration of routers and switches
- Good English communication skills
- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- CCNA certification preferred
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Computer & Networking
- MCSE / MCSA
- BE / B.Tech (IT / Computer Science or related field)
