Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows 10/11) and standard business applications.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, and access rights in Active Directory.
  • Support email configurations (Outlook / O365) and network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi).
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements and warranty claims.
  • Perform system upgrades, patch updates, and preventive maintenance.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and maintain asset inventory.
  • Provide remote and on-site support as required.
